LOWER LEVEL FAMILY ROOM
Cozy family room ready for movie nights, game night or hanging out, listening to the record player. Lots of seating with a sofa and chaise, two chairs and ottomans. 65" Smart TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, and access to your own streaming accounts. Has its own heating and cooling zone.
LOWER LEVEL FULL BATH
Full bathroom on the lower level with shower tub combo.
DECK
Large wrap around deck with beautiful lake views. Dining table for 6 with umbrella, Weber grill and Adirondack lounge chairs.
PRIVATE BEACH
Private beach with kayaks, paddle boards, Adirondack chairs, fire pit and beach toys. Swim, kayak and fish at the lake. Jenkins Pond is renowned as one of the cleanest lakes in Cape Cod. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, and fishing on the lake. Fishing is permitted from kayaks away from the beach. Fishing is not allowed from the beach or off the dock. In spring and summer, the cottage offers breathtaking views as the sun sets directly across the lake.
OUTDOOR SHOWER
Fully enclosed outdoor shower located under the deck, just steps from the lake.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Laundry room located on the lower level with detergent, ironing board and handheld steamer.
A/C AND HEATING
Air conditioning: mini split wall units are in living room, bedroom 1, bedroom 2 and lower level with thermostats. Bedroom 3 has a small wall fan that circulates cool air from the living room into the room.
The main level and lower level has its own heating zones with baseboard heat. Lower level has AC with it's own thermostat.
FAMILY
Pack' n play, highchair and white
noise machine are provided.
PARKING
Parking for 4 cars. On street
parking is not permitted.
NO PETS
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our cottage.
